Jotham is a Clinical Psychologist who has recently moved into the Redcliffe area and is excited to support the local community with their mental health and overall wellbeing.

As a Clinical Psychologist, JJ is passionate about helping people improve their mental health, pursue their goals, live their lives to a fuller potential, and supporting people through challenging times. JJ flexibly draws from various evidence-based therapies such as CBT, ACT, DBT, EFT, Motivational Interviewing, and Schema therapy, to meet each client where they are at and providing them with a personalised treatment to best suit their individual needs.

JJ completed his Master of Clinical Psychology and two years of supervised practice to become endorsed as a Clinical Psychologist. He works with clients aged 14 years and older, is comfortable working with most mental health conditions and is passionate about helping clients self-improve and pursue their life goals.

JJ grew up in South Africa, is bilingual and is fluent in English as well as Afrikaans, and spent most of his time in Australia on the south side of Brisbane. As a psychologist, JJ considers his biggest strength as his ability to meet people where they are at, building rapport, and motivating people to take responsibility for aiming up and improving their lives.
