What to expect:

Our Tennis screening evaluates key physical attributes essential for optimal performance on the court. It takes up to 60 minutes to go through a thorough history and screening assessment in clinic.

Here’s a glimpse into what we’ll assess:

* Baseline measurements:  Assessing your joints and muscle capabilities such as flexibility and strength, endurance, power and balance

* Movement efficiency: Observing how well your body performs basic and complex motor skills and movement tasks.

* Previous injury history: Find physical inefficiencies after an old injury

* Tennis loading/scheduling habits: How much do you play and at what level and intensity?

What you’ll gain:

* A performance profile: Understand your physical strengths as well as areas for improvement.

* Individualised body management exercise program: Receive a customised home exercise program targeting specific needs, including strengthening, stretching and motor skill learning.

* Education on load management: Many injuries could be avoided with appropriate load management. Age, tennis level and other sports activities are all considered.

* Physical health monitoring: Depending on your tennis loads we recommend screening at least a few times per year to monitor your change and progress or modify your body management program.
